A quality grooming experience starts with a trusting relationship between the animal and the groomer, and between the groomer and client. Our team prioritizes each pet’s psychological well-being as well as the physical, ensuring that grooming becomes an easeful and comfortable process for all involved. Respectful and trusting relationships are also fostered between each team member.

It is important to us that we explain the “why’s” behind the care each pet receives and to have a trusting relationship with the client that values open communication and honesty with the shared goal of their pet’s well-being. Transparency and honesty also apply to relationships between team members. Ownership is dedicated to these values when working and communicating with employees.

We are committed to providing the best care possible to all of the pets who come through our doors, which is why our team consistently receives continuing education on grooming techniques, safety, and animal psychology.

Many of our groomers compete in regional and national grooming competitions, frequently bringing home top awards. When a pet gets groomed at Blossom Pet Salon, our clients can be confident that they are truly getting a high-quality groom.

We offer services many grooming salons do not, such as carding, hand stripping, and hand scissoring, in addition to options for service add-ons, so that each pet can receive the care they truly need.

We use our education and experience to be advocates for each pet, speaking for their needs and helping pet owners to better understand how to properly care for them. We also encourage team members to advocate for themselves and their fellow coworkers.

Pay starts at $20/hour*. Pay is negotiable.

Full Time. 2 Saturdays per month.

Production based bonuses available.

Continuing education stipend.

On the job training.

Minimum 1 year experience.

This position is for experienced groomers who may also be looking to level up their skills.

This position is for individuals with previous pet industry or bathing/grooming experience wanting to become a groomer.

Full or Part Time. 2 Saturdays per month.

On the job training.

This position involves bathing and prepping dogs for groomers as well as independently completing services that correspond to skill level.
